    No idea. I would have thought Oregon would have been the first state to decriminalize marijuana. Kinda depressing it isn't.

    well it's already decriminalized here and many other states...depressing? nah, it was quite obvious it wasn't going to pass here. just makes it worse it is passing easily washington
