Pretty much every fan base after a loss sounds the same.

So, Batum was sick with a cold, and LaMarcus spent the night on the bench in foul trouble, so Lillard, Wes and Hickson went nuts and clubbed the Wolves. Stotts is going to have to start playing the starters fewer minutes if he wants a lotto pick this summer.

I really like Stott's substitution pattern. He always has a starter or two in the game. I especially like what he does in the 4th. Tonight only Wes played too many minutes but he was 12-17,
you can't keep him on the bench too long.

People keep talking about Portland getting a decent lottery pick. I just don't see it. I don't care how badly our bench sucks--how often does a team with 3 guys averaging near 20 ppg go deep in the lottery? In the lottery at all?

Unfortunately we will probably JUST miss the playoffs, which means we'll get a shitty pick and it will go to Charlotte.

Price is good. He's still recovering from his injury and he has played well these last few games.

I was singing Hickson's praises all game.

We're going to the playoffs if there are no injuries. One major injury kills the season and probably makes MM/Nik/natebishop happy.

Maybe not such a bad thing, in this supposed "shitty" draft

I didn't have a problem with the foul calls. Maybe a couple but that happens every game.

Lillard is the real deal. Lots of fun watching him play and you should be happy as a fanbase for him. Matthews, holy balls that guy just couldn't miss. Batum...doesn't move the needle. I'm glad we didn't get him last summer. LMA is a waste of space these days. Is he a pusssy or what? Jump shooting big man pretty much.

Your team just had one of those games where they couldn't miss. Congrats on the win.

Blazers shot 44% from the FT line, 44% from 3pt range.

Batum has actually been our best player this year. Look at his stat lines from other games, he just didn't do much tonight. And yes, LMA is a softy. I wouldn't mind him being such a jump shooter if he grabbed more rebounds and played tougher defense, but he doesn't. Maybe we'll have to go out and get Pekovic this summer.

Pek likes Minnesota, he won't be leaving. Book it.

But Batum was invisible 95% of the time out there. You can't have that from a guy that makes that much dough. Luckily, your guys were throwing up and hitting everything.

By the way, my LOL moment was the shot that your new young center jacked up from the side. Looked like something my 5th grade girls team would throw up.

yes, when he was "fouled". Yet when he buried the 17'er, does your girls' team do that?

I think most people are saying that (about Pek) to rile up the Minnesota trolls that have been posting schlong pictures.

Matthews, yes. Lillard that wasn't so unusual. 8 games with over 20 points in 12 games total? Thats more par for the course then lucky.

Well, not necessarily par, but not unexpected.

If I'm remembering the shot you're talking about (about 18 feet out, looked like he was just blindly throwing the ball up there?), that was a shot I commented on earlier...I think? Anyway, that was an ugly shot, no doubt.

Julius, did you check his IP address? He might unleash an Oden penis picture at any moment.

    yes I did. but

A: the person didn't just create an account
B: it was a California IP address
C: their name isn't a representative of being a blazer fan or a local fan (North Bay = Not Minnesota)
D: if you like the idea of being reactive go ahead and be reactive. I like the idea of being proactive, and telling people that are out of Minnesota, have an avatar that of one of the players that caused the whole thing between fanbases, and just joined the board in the last day or 2 that we're not stupid.

Notice that I didn't say ANYTHING to this poster about anything. I responded to his (or her) comments as I would anyone else who is trying to participate in the forum and not just joining out of the blue, conveniently on the day when the Blazers play Minnesota and isn't sporting a Minnesota IP address.

Not sure why you're reacting the way you do. If you'd like I can stop being on the lookout for idiots posting pictures of schlong and keep an eye out for trolls.

Like I said, if the other poster actually stays and becomes a decent member then I'll own up to it. But like with the OSUBlazer "fan", I'll stand by what I said and did.

Check my ip, not MN. I'm a Wolves fan, but not a fan of Oden's privates.

I guess for Oden you can't use "little General", can you?

Nope. Maybe you could say he was an 9 star general though.
