I'd rather have Matthews next to Lillard.

Matthews in the starting lineup. Tyreke off the bench!

Matthews, but not by as wide a margin as you might think.

Mathews is having a great season, hard to vote against him here. He's been such a great 3pt shooter, and he has a good attitude, none of the baggage that many players have.

Matthews is a much better fit because he can shoot.

The Blazers are fine with a SG who can defend a bit and is a scorer on offense who can camp out and shoot threes.

Matthews is fine for this team. I think Evans is a much better player offensively, but that isn't really needed, and Evans' skill-set would be wasted being the 4th option.

Matthews, absolutely, because of his defense and 3 pt shooting. His defense on LeBron last night was stellar and without his 3 pt shots, the Blazers lose the game.

Wes. Tyreke is a one trick pony. Wes is a guy who can contribute without being the focal point and brings much better intangibles.

I like Tyreke but Wes is a great fit next to Lillard.

The King to go after, after DMC ( ), is The Jimmer.

Wes, and it's not even close. Evans is a loser. The only way he'll be a winner is playing 20ish minutes off the bench.

Sounds a little bit like what people said about Hickson when he was a King.

What good is a wing who can't shoot OR defend. At least Bowen carved out a niche as a premier defender since he had zero offense (other than the corner 3).
Evans would be fine coming in against 2nd units where he could drive to the hoop with reckless abandon. Other than that, he lacks basketball skills.

Wes is a good catch and shoot player which is a great compliment for a pick and roll point guard like Lillard who absolutely needs to handle the ball a lot to make things happen for this team. That said, if Tyreke Evans could ever be content to come off the bench in a sixth-man designated scorer roll I think he could be pretty devastating feasting on second unit guys and being a change of pace attacking guard 26-30 minutes a night.
