Hypothetically, If you're Milwaukee, would you take Freeland/Hickson?

Man I miss Patty (actually basically any backup PG outside of Armon that we have had the last 6 years).

    Hell no.

Why would I take a PF plus a shitty PF when I have Henson and Ilyasova already?

Sanders is a nice up and coming Center. Hickson would be great along side him or off the bench as a scoring punch.

Only If they believed that Freeland could be Sanders' backup at center, and that Dalembert will be leaving anyway, so it's better to get something for him than nothing.

Is it? Would you rather have Freeland right now or his cap money?

Could Milwaukee use Mathews? Perhaps we could get Dalembert for Mathews, and trade Hickson (big for small) for a SG? I know how much you like Jeremy Lamb. Surely Hickson would agree to go to a contender.

I think Milwaukee would love Matthews. I think Matthews might be worth more than Dalembert though?

It has potential, but I guess it boils down to whether you think Dalembert is a semi long-term fit here and if Brooks can be a starting two gaurd.

I know you're not a big Matthews fan, but I think he has more value than an expiring C they have little use for beyond this season. Matthews would be a solid fit for their team alongside Jennings, I think they'd need to add a little more to the deal.
On top of that, while Teletovic is intriguing, it's still an additional 3 million dollar hit to our cap space next season I'm not super interested in taking on. Maybe send him to Milwaukee, and TObias Harris here.

If you start with the assumption that Hickson won't be here next season either way, that's a quick improvement (over no Hickson), costing us about $3mil of our off-season spending money (is that right?). If the -11 wins this season is to be believed, we'd still have our lotto pick and quite a bit left for free-agency / trades.

Sure, but he didn't show it in his trade. Milwaukee should have to give more than Dalembert, IMO. Any added value we got in his deal was from moving Hickson to Brooklyn. It's really two separate deals.

Tonight was a good example of why we need a real center
