    Another guy I really hope we can get somehow is Splitter. Not sure how to do it other than ridiculously overpaying though

    I'm for mcGee too since I actually think he would be the one that we could get for cap reduction. Even at his current per; Karl doesn't put him in during crunch situations. The advantage for us; we really wouldn't need him for those crunch situations anyway. Dominant on the defensive end for 3.5 quarters and have our stretch team in to close it out.

    If I am Phoenix or Houston, I am asking for a lot more than a lottery pick in a weak draft and cap space. Denver overpaid for a knucklehead like McGee because of the scarcity at the position.
