I think anyone that watched the Pacer/Heat matchup last year knew PG has a very good game. Granger going down though has let him show a lot more.
George is going to be a "star" and the Pacers are lucky to have him. Not sure why there is all this love for him on this board, but he is good.
That's pretty out there. George was a clear cut All-Star this year, and I don't think I've heard anyone say that Batum should have made the All-Star team.
Paul George in his "break-out" year only has a PER of 17.3. It's arguable that he was more efficient last year, when his PER was 16.5, but his USG% was 19 instead of 23.5. I've known for some time that Jason Whitlock is outspoken, but before now, I never took him for an idiot. What an idiotic article.
George has been in the NBA for three years, dude. And he's an All Star. How haven't you heard of him?
It's weird, I used to really be into college ball, but when HS kids and the best players started coming out after only 1 season, I lost interest. Mid-90s? So this past 10 years, I have barely watched college hoops other then the Big Dance. It sucks cause I don't hear about guys til late sometimes. Like I hadn't heard about Steph Curry til the Sweet 16 that year. And I didn't even see guys like Wall, Rose or Irving even play in college.
Picking out a random stat and extrapolating LeBron, hmmm. We REALLY need to get this guy to do an article on Lillard and the beginning of his season!
