Lol. Watching him so closely at the game, the kid is grimacing almost after every play. He's been holding his wrist almost the entire time.

I don't understand why he's out there. He's obviously not even close to 100%, but more importantly, could be considerably worse if he doesn't let it heal.

This was such a damn good sight. Seeing Lillard in person solidified just how awesome this kid is. He is just an amazing player

Only seen him live twice. And his poise blew me away. And he can get to anyplace on the floor and get a shot on every possession.

So than why have you been so hard on him? Have you ever tried playing anything while injured. He should be getting props for trying to play thru it, but keeps getting blasted by people on here. I myself thinks he should shut it down.

Read my history hcp. I've only been hard on him lately. It's starting to add up that he has been very passive all season. Even before the injury. I gave him a pass cause I'm a fucking homer. But now that we are at a cross roads; we definitely need a player with more fire. We need another "Lillard type wing" that wants to take it to the defense.

I've got nothing but love for Batum's heart, but at a certain point trying to play through injury just makes you a liability on the floor. Nic was essentially ignored by the Memphis defense all night, because they knew he wasn't going to look for his shot (aside from those ridiculous Reggie Miller-style running 3's that are called up from timeouts way too often).
