Divide it into two days... celebrate the night where you turn 21 at midnight, and then still celebrate next day when it's your actual birthday... get two crazy nights out of one occasion.

I remember when I turned 21 at midnight, I just got fucking shithoused bar and club hopping, and then the next day I went to all the upscale 21+ bars I'd never been to and had sorta a classier time (but getting equally as drunk of course).

Also, not sure if they have them up there, but hitting up a casino with some of your birthday money is essential. We all drank underage, but casinos are harder to get into underage. Just don't get stuck in there. I had to get dragged out of there by my friends on my 21st.

I've always hated that painting. There's something so creepy about it... Don't know why others find it so astonishing.

With Baylor's women's team losing at the last minute tonight, I've been seeing a lot of people saying Brittany Griener could be an NBA player. I just want to say how ridiculous that is. Growing up, there was one chick who I used to always play against, who's an All-SEC player now at Arkansas. She was a hell of a player, but when you put her on the court with a bunch of men, even a court where most players didn't go on to play NCAA ball, she was a scrub. I always just gave her credit for being able to compete with the guys, but to assume that Griener could make it, even in the NBDL, just because she dominated the women's game, is a perspective from someone who's never actually played the game on the AAU level and played against girls in camps, etc.

Just had to rant about that one for a minute, because the gap between the competition between genders is wider than the Pacific Ocean. The old saying used to be, "no dunking but better fundamentals," but that's not even true by a long-shot. I was never even a great shooter, but when I went to elite camps, I'd still clown most of the women in shooting drills. Watching a women's game is like watching a men's game played under water.

How do you think your college team would do with a backcourt of Darren Collison and Russell Westbrook, as well as a frontcourt of Mbah a Moute and Kevin Love?

I'm just realizing that all four players were on UCLA's 2008 roster. I forgot how much of an underachieving program they had until I saw that, not to mention they had a lot of roleplayer talent in Shipp, Stanback, and Keefe, who are all Euroleague players now.

Yeah Jay Bilas and a local radio guy over here got into a heated argument about UCLA's coach. Bilas was pro-coach for some reason. I don't know much about it but UCLA had a high transfer rate.

Lorenzo Mata could ball too. Was Cedric Bozeman on that team as well?
