Sorry, I meant Freeland, not Leonard.

he's capable of playin a lot more, they chose not to. I'm not sayin he'e perfect, but he's a viable option IMO. Is he a risk? yes but I think we have to take some., what's your choice fo a C and how do we get him?

Freeland makes around $4 mil. So basically it would go 7.8 mil against cap

Does the 11 mil cap number include the salary for the 10th pick?

I wouldn't lock up McGee for $33m. I don't see how that makes sense at all, IMHO.

So the idea is to give up the 10th-ish pick and Freeland for McGee and his contract?

Olshey would never do that. Ever. Nothing in his history says he would do it. I mean, speculate about it, but it makes such little sense to me.

    McGee-10.75
    Aldridge-14,628,000
    Batum-11,295,250
    Wes-6,875,480
    Lillard-3,202,920
    Leonard-2,222,160
    Claver-1,330,000
    Barton-788,872
    Roster hold(490,000)x4

If the cap ends up at 60 like predicted, we'd have 7 million roughly to work with.

I wouldn't trade for JaVale Mcgee. That's what I'd do.

$7m for 3 roster spots, and no first round pick next year, either.

Really intriguing. Enough money for someone like Reke probably if you give him 4 yrs/30. Then you have the mini MLE to get your backup PG be it Maynor or someone else.

    Dame/ Reke/ ?
    Wes/ Reke
    Nic/ Barton
    LA/ Vic
    McGee/ Leonard

That looks like a 45-50 team next year if healthy. Any other exceptions we can use to fill out the roster spots?

Um, OK. So I don't like an idea to get JaVale McGee. What's wrong with bringing up his contract? Or was I supposed to post "THAT'S A GREAT IDEA OMERGERD!!!"?

Tyreke is restricted. That contract might get it done but no guarantees.

OK, I've never been good at Imaginary Trade Land. I see things that make my head hurt, and then I make people upset because I challenge them.

yeah, I'd guess Sacramento would match. But having 7 million, 3 2nd rounders, JJ's bird rights in a S&T, and the mini-MLE would be plenty to fill out the roster.

Ya but it's the Kings. I figured it would be enough to pry him away. Maybe play around with some bonuses like we did with Wessy.

Hey, when you offer no ideas/opinion on what we should do I call that BS, or do simply have none and prefer to criticize everyone else?
