So, we got together and shot a music video for our new album. I have shared my music with you guys before and several of you helped make our new album and tour possible. Anyways, this was shot and edited by us, so it isn't like Spike Jonze was around to help us. But, since we are still waiting on cd production, this is a good first glimpse at what we created......with your help. Anyways, the album should be ready in a few days and the tour starts on the 11th. So excited. Ps. I am the guy in the striped sweater.
The guy on the right looks like the creepy dude on Go On, lol... Seriously, though, that's pretty danged cool. Great tune, and a well-done, interesting, and creative video. I look forward to hearing the rest of your CD. Good luck on your tour!
I just sold the Drexler warm-ups. Money is ready to be sent your way. Can't remember the best way to do that. Hope you guys are wildly successful in your endeavors. What was that Casey Kasem always ended his program with? Oh, yeah, "Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars." Best
You are certainly a man of your word. And for that, I am super appreciative. And those goes for all of the people who donated to help us. Was really not expecting that kind of outpouring of awesomeness. So, we did shut down the official fundraiser website. But, we were channeling it all to a paypal account, which is still open for business. https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/send-money-online Click this link and send money to french.love.song@gmail.com And I will totally confirm with you if/when we get it. Just for your peace of mind. Thanks a million times. We are going to have soooooooo much fun!
Just wanted to let you know that we got your money. Thank you very much sir. At practice today, my keyboard just broke. Completely stopped working. Every dollar is going to count now if we want to replace it and have a good sound on tour. Thanks
Alright. The album is officially launched! We start our tour on Saturday and will be back in town for our record release show at Dante's on Sunday. Awesome-sauce. http://herecomedots.bandcamp.com/album/a-house-in-the-country
Heheheh!! Funny thing is, when my brother was playing drums for Victims of Internal Decay and they were working on their second demo, I used to give him shit for being full of himself because they started calling it "rehearsal" instead of "jamming," lol. Best of luck on your tour! Hope I can catch you guys somewhere along the line, and scoop up some leftover groupies, lol!
