Rocky Lockridge (born January 30, 1959) is an American former boxer. As a professional, he is best known for handing Roger Mayweather his first defeat—a first-round knockout after just 98 seconds—earning him the WBA super featherweight championship. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rocky_Lockridge
I respect that this guy is a former boxer but those punches (the first was just a misdirection jab to get him looking the wrong way) didn't seem like they should have inflicted that much damage.
I've never been turned off like that, thank god. Anybody want to share a story of getting their bell rung?
I've never been hit like that but I once dropped someone that bad. It was my freshman year at U of Oregon. It started to snow one night and everyone spilled out of the dorms for a giant snow ball fight. We're all throwing snow and messing around when we see 2 guys pushing a car down the street. Naturally everyone starts bombing them with snow balls. We realized pretty quickly that these guys were shit faced when they started slurring/swearing/yelling at everyone. One of the guys yells that he'll fuck up the next person that throws a snow ball at them. This one girl immediately throws a snow ball at him and hits him right in the chest. The drunk douche runs at the girl and with both arms held out just blasts into her and knocks her hard to the ground. A bunch of us start yelling at him but he focuses on me and starts running at me with his fists out. I square up, fists clenched, he's running at me. I throw a punch as he reaches me but at the same time he slips on the snow. It was the perfect combination of my fist hitting his jaw and his jaw sliding into my fist but bam! He went down. Completely out. His buddy had to drag him back to the car. And I ended up banging that girl's roommate that night.
I think he could be charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Here's the Nevada law: http://www.shouselaw.com/nevada/assault-deadly-weapon.html Typical scenarios amounting to an assault with a deadly weapon in Nevada include pulling a gun or knife on another person. In a bar fight context, hurling a beer bottle at someone else might qualify as well. Throwing a punch usually won't be considered an assault with a deadly weapon unless you're someone like a professional boxer or wearing "brass knuckles."

When I was 5 years old, this 7-footer came running at me on the ice. I held up my fist but he fell over first. I been bragging the rest of my life that I took him down. Plus, I got milk and cookies off his mother afterward.
