Hey all. Long time since I posted last. How do we get this guy?

Hopefully the Blazers don't get him.

Um... why? No explanation? He is everything we need at the 2.

    There's no way he's there at 10.

He will be gone in the top 5. Ultra athletic great defender but shaky handles and a shaky shot could be problematic, seems to be a lot like MKG. At worst he will be Corey Brewer. No way were moving up to get him or he falls to us but if we end up with the 2nd or third pick and Ben McLemore is off the boards i'd take him.

This is true. But Papag didn't give a reason why he says he hopes we don't get him. Just that he hopes we don't

I'd rather have Wes Matthews over Oladipo, who doesn't really have an outside game at all, and use the pick for some size and interior defense. I think Oladipo will be lucky to measure 6'5" in shoes.

Your best bet to get size and interior defensive is through free agency, not this draft.

As for Oladipo, have you actually seen the guy play? How are you forming your opinions? I didn't really see you posting much, if ever, in any of the college discussions this year.

I watch a ton of college ball. I'm just worried about his size. If he measures over 6'4", then maybe?

Exactly which free agents are available this year that have size and interior defense--that are realistic for Portland to attract?

There are at least four defensive centers in this draft--although I do admit that most of them are not ready to help the Blazers this year.

The Blazers are young enough and the draft is weak. Trade out and get a proven star!
