I do not think it will rise as much as it has lately. The price you buy and cash out are not the same either. Paying the premium is not worth it now IMO.
Shocked at how many 20-somethings are struggling to find work. Even more shocked at how many of them just simply thought they were entitled to a job the day they graduate college. I'm not far ahead of them in age (I just turned 31)..... but damn. I busted my ass off working 40-60 per week during college while having a full class load. Now, they had to combat the economy, but the fact these kids think they're simply entitled because they went to college, is ridiculous: "Here I am world. I graduated. Now where's my job?" My first job out of college was one of the jobs I had during college. I turned an internship into a full-time career by working super-hard and being good at the job.
It wasn't a lot. Books, primarily, and some meals during training. Yes, mountain time zone. I still had to work, even during the season, and I still took out some student loans.
I hope you aren't having the preacher say that, "If anyone knows any reason why these two should not be joined..." line--I can only imagine what people might say about you...
LOL! I know that. Sometimes people who live together will spent a couple of nights apart in the days right before the wedding and I thought you nervousness might be that you miss her.
