Why? So we can have another overpaid, injury prone big?

He fits what we need from a center other than the injury part.

I think Cleveland will try to move him to clear up cap space and have a ton of money for Lebron.

If the price is small, I dont think its a bad idea. All depends on his health.

I agree if we have to choose one.

This is a pretty good mock based on talent and team needs. Minnesota's will be an interesting choice. I wonder if Shabazz will remind them too much of Derrick Williams
for them to take even though they need a sG.

Hearing from multiple sources that Mavs likely to trade the No. 13 pick. Want to save cap space for Dwight Howard run ...

Would you really plan for Lebron to come back in one year? Maybe 5-7 years but you can't plan that far off.

By draft day, I expect a lot of teams to trade out of the draft.

This seems oddly similar to me comparing Anthony Davis to Branden Wright (who is much better than Thomas)...

I think Vince Carter has 1 million guaranteed next season, of his 3 million dollar deal. Sasha and rights to Kostas for Vince and 13. 13 and 10 for 4 from Charlotte?

It was funny that the Cavs have had 3 #1 picks since 03. Had the Wizards won the #1 pick, it would've been their 3rd since 2000 (or 01, whatever year Kwame was picked). And had the Magic won it, it would've been their 4th since 92.

Sure it is. They're both terrible comparisons!

So: who do they take? Cleveland taking Noel would be...stupid. He weighs less than Dion Waiters - he can't be a center. Porter would make sense. Or Len.
Who do Washington take? They have Beal, so they don't need McLemore. Actually, they could do with Porter as well. Bennett, perhaps?
Detroit could ALSO use Porter! They may be forced to take McLemore or even Oladipo, even though Brandon Knight isn't really a point (and neither is Stuckey).
Charlotte should take Oladipo, and probably will, but he's a bit similar to MKG, isn't he? Maybe they take Len or Noel. Actually Bennett probably makes a lot of sense here.

[Edit - Oops! Dunno why I thought the Pistons were in the top 3 rather than Orlando...]

So ... which teams would then trade into the draft?
