Considering the bombing in Boston and the stabbing in London I'm not sure if they're very happy there either.
Seems we have bombed, invaded, blockaded, or enacted economic sanctions on muslims in all the unhappy places but none of the happy places. Coincidence?

Except we didn't do any of those things in many of the countries in the OP. They were once part of the British Empire. When they left, the Brits drew arbitrary lines in the sand as borders and installed monarchies everywhere. That may have more to do with their unhappiness. Being owned by the royal family isn't exactly freedom.
I think I've seen this rant in a chain email. Dr. Saleem considers the power and influence of the Jewish minority as compared to the lack of power and innovation from the Muslim world as an issue of education directly related to favoring religious (non-) education.

Which countries are you talking about? US forces have killed muslims in every single one of those countries.
