    Never been arrested or ticketed. I did have a cop stop while I was pulled over on the side of the freeway having sex in a VW Bug once though. After hastily throwing my shirt over my junk, he told us to drive 5 miles south and go to a park that they never patrol. I was thankful.

    Yes.

    I spent about an hour in 'custody', and plead guilty to a misdemeanor when I was 19. My 'sentence' was a $25 fine. I actually got a check from the county, since my bail was $50.

    But the charges were dropped.
    'twas just a very minor bit of unintended vandalism back in high school.

    Most former misdemeanors are now felonies, ever since Republicans lengthened sentences in the 80s-90s. The distinction between misdemeanor and felony has no meaning now.

    I know. I had to fight this bogus 'conviction' in the '90s after Clinton was President and right before I got my first real job at Gallo. I was "red-flagged" before it was known. Still got the job, though.

    I got busted for being drunk in Corvallis. I was 20 and it was the first time I had ever been drunk..... very unfortunate.

    Got a drunk in public a few days after my 21st birthday. Didn't get charged with anything which made it feel like such a massive waste of time and money for all involved.
