Very interesting indeed. We could have a dramatically different roster this season . . . http://basketball.realgm.com/wireta...ctive-In-Trying-To-Trade-For-1st-Overall-Pick
Not to be a dick, but it's as if you don't see the multiple huge ass threads that have mentioned these links before.
I think this draft is really good, just not as many identified stars at the top. But if you think 3-4 players have a chance to be all-stars then go get one
Yeah but those 3-4 are not really identified. So we need to be careful with how much we give up. Is #1 that much more obvious than #10? I know you like Bennett. Personally I did not see it the games I watched him play in. Who do we pick at #1? I think this draft is decent. but as we have all said, no apparent stars at the top. So sure go for #1, if they are sold on someone, but I would be really curious to know who that is.
Per Ford, Oladipo is the one guy that every GM seems to like. Not #1 on many boards, but top 3 on almost all of them. If I were picking #1, that's probably where I'd go.
I definitely think he has the best chance of panning out (safest) I still think Bennett will be a stud though
None of the current thread titles say anything about the Blazers going after the first pick of the draft. This is big news. It means not just that Cleveland has offered us the #1 pick for Aldridge, but that we are aggressively going after it. Excuse me if I didn't wade through every thread on the draft to see if this story had been linked to previously. I don't have time for that.
