In america you are presumed innocent, not guilty. The state has nothing. This is their star witness. You must think I have a dog in this fight; I am completely dispassionate about this case and I don't follow it. I'm just pointing out that your post about Martin being a hood rat is utterly irrelevant to the facts of the case ... whatever they might be.

well, if the defense can paint martin as "ghetto" or a gangster per se, zimmermans claim of self defense hunts better with the jury i would assume

they are in court now, so "facts" arent necessarily relevant

Does anyone really think the 2nd degree charge isn't politically motivated? The charge--if there even should have even been one--should have been manslaughter.

Take race out of the incident and it would have been settled a long time ago. However, this tragedy was like shit to the Race Hustling Flies.
