    “@aldridge_12: Back in the gym!”

“@aldridge_12: Good work today @Steeeeve15 . My game feeling good right now. Have to keep pushing myself daily.”

I just love how he's already back in the gym, working on his game! I think this season, he breaks out and dominates!

So did I. Of course, "back to" the gym would imply Mags has ever seen the inside of one in the first place. I've seen no evidence of that. :)

love how dedicated he is. didn't want to quote three posts, but i agree that he is a true professional who improves his game every season. hopefully, he's happy with the moves that have been made and it's providing him some extra motivation.

Another encouraging sign that he can try to add another thing and take the next step. If Lillard can also take the next step then the rest of team simply has to do their role for this team to be very successful.

Yup, with a few more post moves Aldridge will dominate. We put a lot of pressure of Oshley for building around him, but if LMA takes a step towards greatness it could thrust this team forward. LA had a very good year last year but I wouldn't call it great.

It seems like and I hope that LMA recognizes that he plays a role in staying here too. If he continues to grow and take the next step he can push us more than anyone toward a competing team.

If Lillard actually takes the next step, Batum actually plays without injury and Matthews can keep his game healthy; we are in some really good shape. I think that's motivation enough to get us to the next level.

I think Stotts had envisioned a player that wasn't Aldridge and had to adjust mid season. I think Stotts will use him more to his strengths next season. Also, Aldridge didn't have his normal off-season of work outs and he was still nursing his surgery and injury.

I think LaMarcus will be happy this season. Obviously I don't really know, but I think he will. We've added a true center and a couple of other promising pieces. Lillard and Leonard will have another year of experience so I think we have a chance to be pretty good. I think LaMarcus just wants to be on a winning team with good guys.

I expect us to have a +14 win increase this season. Lillard's improvement alone can get us there. I see a "Roy-like" improvement in Lillard. Adding more bench, a center and even a decent option back-up will help too. I think Aldridge is tired of having to punch in 40 minutes a game. He just wants help.

Getting in the gym won't change anything. LaMarcus already has the tools. He's already a very very talented player. That's not his problem. It's all in his head, and we all know this because we've seen him go completely LaMonster mode against a team like Dallas or Chicago, and then disappear against a team that he cares less about. Aldridge only needs to work on motivation and mental toughness. When he gets fired up, he's unstoppable. When he's kind of ho-hum, he tends to sit on the perimeter and hoist jumpers.

I love that he's in the gym, but I'm just saying that's not really his problem.
