    just started watching Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter with my brother, sisters and friend.

    is it any good? what should we expect? :unsure:

    It's not very good. I thought some parts were unintentionally funny, though.

    it's taking a while to set itself up. i hope it gets better. i read about a couple of really cool fight scenes that are supposed to be coming up later in the film.

    Yeah, some of the fight scenes were pretty nice. Maybe it was the novelty of someone using an ax as their primary weapon. But I didn't like the story much; it was just too absurd. I never read the book so I'm not sure how far the movie strays from the source material.

    i have a guilty pleasure of the amateurish syfy movies, this almost has the feel of that.

    the one with the stampede was pretty cool!

    i never read the book either. came across it on hbo so we decided to check it out. my parents have now joined us. they're laughing quite a bit at it!

    okies, i have to say ... once this movie got rockin', it kicked ass the action scenes were great and the lead actor looked exactly like Lincoln in the latter part of the movie. definitely worth watching!

    lmao! i loved how they at least made the story work. as if we didn't know the whole story.

    now they've got on The Making of Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter! gonna have to check this out!
