Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod There never was any evidence to refute self defense to begin with. Shouldnt have even gone to trial. hoop fam
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod I am not saying that is what happened. That was a hypothetical to illustrate my point as to why an assault charge was unreasonable with only one side of the story.
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod You're the one claiming to know what happened, when the prosecution didn't even argue the case that Zimmerman was chasing Martin with a gun pointed at him.
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod Also, you conveniently ignored the proof that I gave of Zimmerman stating that he had Trayvon pinned, face down. Educate yourself, bruh. There is some info for you.
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod Hypotheticals don't matter in the court of law, and witnesses corroborated what Zimmerman said. Plus, Zimmerman gave multiple statements to the police w/out an attorney present, and didn't fuck up his story even one time. Get over it. Trayvon Martin died for no reason. All he had to do was go home during the 4 minutes when Zimmerman went back to his car and gave up following him. Instead, Martin needed to feel tough and try to beat down Zimmerman. He got killed for it. It happens. I can't wait until the Martin texts come out during a civil trial. Dude was a straight up thug.
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod Where is this proof? That's not at all what happened. LINK???? That never came up once during Zimmerman's statements to the cops, nor the trial. Are you imagining it? Link it, please.
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod I never said he had a gun pointed at him. I said that he was chasing Trayvon Martin, with a gun. Did he not have a gun? Where did he get the gun if he didn't have the gun? He had a gun, that was most likely not visible OR it was visible and Trayvon decided to take action. Or not. WE DON'T KNOW. I'm more curious as to what happened PREVIOUS to Trayvon "mounting" Zimmerman and prior to Zimmerman MOUNTING him. Who was hostile first? What was said? Etc.
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod So where did Zimmerman say he had Martin pinned on the ground? I can't find it anywhere.
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod A hypothetical was presented by (forgot his name) about an assault charge and I orchestrated a scenario as to why I do not believe an assault charge is reasonable. This has nothing to do with you.
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod Its more of an exclamation point. re: "not being proven innocent"...duh. that's how EVERY criminal trial goes.
Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod You clearly made that up, because that twitter account does not exist. :MARIS61:

Re: Zimmerman Case - Lightening Rod You can't be serious! The fact is Martin miscalculated. If George Zimmerman had been a big fella the kid would have let it go after telling his girl friend that a sorry azz cracker is following me. I doubt he would have decided to attack a 6'3" fellow but as it was he apparently decided he was going to kick the little cracker's azz. That was the first mistake, then he made another, he failed to consider the little fella might be packing. Those two were fatal errors. It is always legal to defend yourself and 5'7" on 6'2" normally takes an equalizer.
