So, establishing a story that doesn't end with Zimmerman getting off on a legal technicality involves painting Martin as a homophobe paranoid enough to think that someone following him aggressively through a neighborhood with a flashlight wants to have the gay sex with him?

In August 2005, Zimmerman’s ex-fiancee, Veronica Zuazo, filed a civil motion for a restraining order alleging domestic violence. Zimmerman counterfiled for a restraining order against Zuazo. The competing claims were resolved with both restraining orders being granted.
In December 2006, Zimmerman was charged with speeding. The case was dismissed when the officer failed to show up in court.

Anyhow, Martin had a history of starting fights, too.

I like how dropping the charges, or being acquitted, means the violence didn't occur. I guess by that logic, he didn't shoot and kill Martin, either.

This was just revealed yesterday and may explain the unprovoked attack on zimmerman. Its the main witnesses words. Really dumb of her but just follows that pattern
