Like we all didn't already know that the Yankees stalling with Arod wasn't a calculated move. It's quite possible Arod gets handed a suspension that lasts the remainder of this season and most if not all of next season. This would be good for the Yankees because insurance would be on the hook for any of Arod's salary this year and he would forfeit next years salary. You would expect Arod to appeal any suspension because of the money involved but there's no way the Yankees would have him up on the big club while an appeal is going on.
Good show, there are a few others of my "favorites' besides A-rod whom I hope to see gone, Cruz and Colon topping my list. After watching that clown "Big Pappi" go off last night I'm wondering why he's not on that list.
I wonder that too... Shrek is clearly on roids, yet no one in the media seems to even hint that he is on the list...
Great! Just get it over with - keep Arod away for at least the rest of this year and next, and hope he implodes personally during that time to where he is incapable of ever returning.
I agree, I'm sick of this plus these cheaters are having a effect on the standings. What if Colon and the A's would have to forfeit his wins, Cruz forfeit games he played. For the integrity of the game, if MLB has the evidence they say, then in the best interest of the game they need to act sooner than later. I still find it more than a coincidence that the Braun and Brewers situation came down allowing their organization to plan for 2014 without any doubt. If the suspensions come and the penalties for most are 50 games, there is still enough of this season left so that the stench from this doesn't carry over to next year.
The Rangers would lose Cruz 24 HRs & 71 RBI And the A's lose Colon who's having one of the best seasons for a 40 year old, 14-3 with a 2.54 ERA.
