So, we pretty much suck on my PS3

I just put together our team minus McCollum and played against Warriors. We lost by 16. We're just a three point shooting team. Can't do much more than that though we do it well. Aldridge isn't a star in this league. TRob is awful. Lopez rebounds but that's it. He's so slow. Can't score. On a good note, Barton surprised me with his shotmaking. All in all, though, we suck.

 

Yep. Because when you play it on the console, that means that is the real reality.

With last years numbers. That doesn't account for Thomas Robinson's inflated number in summer league play!

 

Possibly. My controller wasn't working well either. But still, the writing was on the wall. We suck.

TRob is ranked 75. These ratings were determined before his rookie year began. 2K13 thought he'd be good.

 

When I played MLB, I wanted Mark Kotsay on my team because I knew I could get double and triples with him all day. In real life he's just journeyman....

No offense Kingspeed, but it's you who must suck. Are you playing 2K13? If so, I'm KILLIN' with the new squad. Get your mind right and go through LMA in the post. The CPU will double him there and then the game is pretty much over when they start doing that.

Edit: Why don't you have CJ? Download the updated roster. I have all the rookies and everything. And I have our squad killing! Dame is unstoppable.

 

You need to fix this by getting a ps4 and 2k14 in the fall.

I'm wavering on keeping my preorder for it. My initial excitement has worn off too and the pc has pretty much every game coming out for a while. The only reason i'm thinking of actually getting it at launch is because i don't see a price cut in time for games that probably won't be on the pc like MGS5.

 

Man, I used to play NBA Live so much back in the day. I just never really could get into the games after they added all the shooting mechanics and crazy strategy shit. I used to just give the ball to Steve Francis and get out of the way. Dude would jam on everyone.

 

I'm going to finally get a PS3 after the PS4 comes out.

It's not like the jump from the PS2 to the PS3... the PS3 is going to be viable for years in terms of it not looking ancient in graphics... there really is no reason to buy a PS4 AT ALL for at least 2 years. Plus, you'll be able to get it for about $100 bucks. It'll be a steal.

Have never understood shelling out $600 for the new system when the old one is still viable for 2 years at least.

It's really easy to download a fully updated roster for PS3. some guy named something like rskoundzl or something had the most complete roster I found.
