    Just trying to understand. Is he just trying to deflect from the steroid issue? Is that why he is saying or his lawyers are creating all this nonsense? Is it that he wants to be released from the team? What are the reasons he is creating all this drama and distraction? Of course other teams and players are going to have a problem with him.

    I think there could be some truth to what he's saying. It's going to be bad if the Yankees were messing around behind the scenes.

    arod is guilty of so many things that its endless, but is he really continuing to create the drama? you cant turn on any sports station without them talking about it or a crew of reporters asking him the same questions until the batteries on the camera run out.

    I guess unless he has proof then why file a grievence? Unless he is just listening to the wrong people I am just really confused. If a dog bit me and I had proof it was my neighbors dog and went to the hospital and then filed charges against the neighbor that shows I have proof. If I had no proof I would not file charges against the neighbor. Why would Arod do this if he had no proof. I would just like to know who is lying and who is telling the truth.

    ^^^Pook, 2 things that I don't understand about ARod's claims that the Yanx knowingly "wheeled him out there like an invalid" to make him look like a bad player is that;

    1. It still would not exempt the Yanx from having to honor the rest of ARod's contract.

    2. The Yanx were trying to win a world series last year. Why in the world would they handicap themselves by knowingly playing an injured player?

    ...I just don't see the motivation/conspiracy by the Yanx...ARod and his suits are just simply muddying up the water more than it already is.

    I agree. They were trying to win so why would the knowingly send a player out there who had a whole in his hip? Just doesn't make any sense.

    I think Arod is giving his suits too much freedom and they're getting overly crafty. Glad to see that he's focusing on baseball and sticking to that idea in every interview.

    That said, as poorly as we might thick Arod and his camp are handling this, the Yanks and MLB are even worse. Cashman and Levine keeping it going with comments through the media and MLB leaking reports - it's a disgrace and they should both be above that. George (the older and wiser version) would have grabbed all parties in his organization by the ear and taken care of this. The Yanks will never be the same without him :(

    ...next time you have an idea, just let it go, because you are completely incapable of formulating anything coherent to say without looking like the idiot your are.

    59, we continue to have common ground on this matter. Keep in mind, Alex gets paid through all of this. Only Alex knows the truth, or he should. I think Arod, who has the money for attorneys, is milking the system by ringing out every possible cent before the money train ends. As with the today show interview with Arod's attorney where MLB and the Today show bushed wacked Arod's lawyer asking him to sign a make public all medical records. This would I believe result in Game, Set, Match.... It would allow the Yankees to begin the legal process of voiding the contract in such a way that the Players Union would have to support it also, a sentiment that you are already seeing in the rank and file. The evidence released last night of Wire Transfer of funds for the attorney to represent Bosch. Came from Roy Black's firm who was representing Arod at the time, (Black usually only represents offenders, that he gets off). So with every pitch, soon Arod will b exposed, his attorney's sound bite will be, he was my client and I represented him to the fullest extent. MLB by calling the bluff of Arod's attorney(s) will soon take away Arod's team of being able to use the court of public opinion to buy more time and try to convince whomever is listening of a conspiracy againt #13. I posted the today show segment below for those who haven't seen it

    ..."edited posts"?...wtf does that have to do with anything?...do you know what the "edit" button is for?...unlike you, I prefer to post so that people can actually understand what I'm saying, and sometimes I mis-spell words or omit words and I go back and correct them...if you have a problem with that, I really don't give a shit.

    ...just go back to what you do best, which is to babble incessantly about a sport you obviously know little about, lying about your supposed pro baseball "career", and sticking pins into your Girardi doll on a daily basis.

    ...and btw, "doggeril"?...since you decided to bring up irrelevancies such as grammar, you might want to use that "edit" button to correct words you neither fully understand nor know how to spell.

    ...if you're going to be arrogant, you also need to be accurate.
