He's in a better spot than he could be. At least he's being open about all of that stuff. Especially as a man, and a guy who's been successful in one of the most "manly" sports, humbling yourself enough to be honest like that is a big deal. Obviously he's got a long ways to go though.

Maybe his inner pain was what made him a better fighter than the others. Much like my posting ability.
This man has so many inner demons, I feel for him. I really hope he can straighten it out. He seems to have channeled his anger and hatred problems and worked them out. I really hope he can conquer his addictions as well. He seems to have so much going for him right now.
