Get that trash underground

Today on my way to work I biked through downtown and some of those streets were hardly usable because the funk emitted by the trash was so putrid it hurt to be around.

Then I came up on this clip of how they are going to be switching to underground trash in Sydney. Starting small, on one single street, and then if all things work well they can expand the project.

Portland should follow suit. No more smelly ass streets.
