The East didn't have great depth, so a close loss to a team that advanced doesn't indicate much. The point is weak, at best.

Bull shit. You've made it quite clear that you care a great deal about this. Suddenly you "don't even care much about this" when that's your only out from a weak ass argument.

The East was dominant in Jordan's time.

Without Jordan, 55 wins. With him, 69 and 72 and 67 wins.

Really? Who is flipping out? Looks you are.

    But, whatever.

I don't care if you don't think Jordan is the GOAT.

As a Blazer fan, I spent his entire career rooting AGAINST him. I don't have any emotional investment in hyping him.

I merely posted some of his career stats, then asked you if not him, then who? And you need to provide a well founded and supported argument for this alternate GOAT, as Jordan is widely regarded as being GOAT by sportswriters, analysts, coaches, gm's, etc.

We do we get from you? No argument, let alone a well supported one.

How can you really compare the elite? It's a dynamic team game, not something simple like track and field, where every player can be compared by a measuring stick or stop watch. Sports writers don't know shit, and when has their ever been a coaches poll on the greatest of all time? You pulled that out of your ass.

Jordan was a great scorer, but there have been many great scorers in league history, and also great all-round players such as Bird, Magic, Robertson....

Yeah, that Jordon was so one dimensional. All he did was score. Not. Dude won Defensive Player of the Year. Magic or Bird ever do that?

First you argue that Jordan isn't the GOAT because he had Scottie Pippen, and well, there!

You name Magic and Bird, and everyone knows their teams were very thin and those dudes had to carry a bigger load for their teams. I mean, who WAS on their teams?

Now, you argue that you can't make a logical case, because you are more brilliant than sportswriters?

Dude, I don't care if you want to make this argument (Jordon is not GOAT). I welcome it. It could be interesting.

    But, you have to try.

Jordan was more than a great scorer. He was the best player to ever play the game. You talked about how the team won 55 games without him; but that was a 10 game drop. Do you realize that Jordan helped that team win 10 more games?

Also, how many titles did Chicago win without Jordan? Your argument is lame
