Sunset all laws. No omnibus bills to reauthorize everything. Nobody can serve more than 12 years in the house or senate. Budget must be balanced. Govt. can borrow, but must pay the payments out of revenues. Borrowing or raising taxes requires a ballot initiative. Except in time of war, which must be declared by congress. Spending not to grow by more than 5% year over year, in current dollars. Budgets are written every other year and are for two years' spending. House of Reps vote on one budget per term. Senate votes on three per term. Our military will only be sent overseas if war is declared, or if we are required to do so by treaty. If you sell weapons to the govt., you cannot sell to anyone else. Return to the gold/silver standard. End the Federal Reserve. No direct taxation of the citizens by the Feds. Free and open borders. You must vote in person on voting day. Voting day is a holiday. No direct payments to individuals by the Feds. No direct or indirect payments to foreign governments or individuals. It is not a crime if there is no victim. Legalize prostitution, drugs, etc. seatbelt laws are unlawful. That's a start.
