Well from the discussions I have had with you over the years, I never got the sense that you operated on Feeling rather than logical thinking. I could be wrong though.
You didn't answer whether you thought yourself conservative or Progressive.

    I am staunchly Conservative.

I think I used that word correctly...

And that is what I expected.
I also think you screwed the test up.

Perhaps a few questions different and you are an ESTP Artisan Promoter. I buy it.

Esfp, artisan performer, progressive. I have over in cities in small towns and deep in the woods, all have their advantages. Portland now, but if I didn't have to be for work and dating, I would live about an hour out of a city.

    Thank you

Now we need the flame lady Crandc to come in with her position.

I have her for ENFP or J, a Progressive + from "The City"

I've taken this test several times in the past and I always come out to be either INFP or INFJ.

Liberal, city dweller (but want to transition into country side self-sufficiency in the next 10 years.)

    Thank you.

But I would guess you will not venture too far away from the Progressive bubble of the City. I mean out in the Red zone, heh?

Humm! What sort of culture do you expect? I have been talking of Character types not culture.
For example, my neighborhood consistences of 52 homes. I think only three homes are owned by people from Oregon including myself.
About half are from other States and nearly half are from other Countries.
I cannot say absolutely but I think only two are owned by people that would identify as Progressive. the rest, very Conservative
    but most from different cultures.

There's always the chance they just don't want to argue with you.

Ha! Perhaps you have it! But then I make it my business to be aware of these things. I was President of the Home Owners Association for some years
and I did my best not to argue with anyone and that takes knowing them if possible. It's is like in this chat room, people are much more civil to each other than
you ever see here. Most discussion involved CC&Rs and where to build and rules and info and, Oh Yeah, Neighborhood Watch. Very important you know
everyone for that to work correctly.

Rational Inventor (ENTP). I'm probably closer to conservative than progressive. I live in a city.

You said the "red zone." So, republican/conservative culture.

    Thank you

I had you down for ENTJ but ENTP Fits well too. You will have a tough time selling the Progressive, so conservative I believe. I gather you must be in some City to effectively work in investment banking.
But that won't be for ever.

Now we need to hear from Sly, I believe he also is the ENTP type.

    Mastermind (INTJ).

    City-dweller. Slightly left of center.

I hadn't heard of this particular variant of personality tests, but it looks to me like a slightly modified Myers-Briggs. As with any personality test, remember that you get what you pay for -- a short, online battery of questions shouldn't be taken TOO seriously, especially considering how vague and out-of-date some of those questions appear to be. Still, it is always interesting stuff. :)

By the way, I live in a relatively small town. You couldn't pay me enough to live in a city bigger than 25K people, not even on the outskirts. Albany's almost too damned big for me, lol...
