Not sure who made you the ref but whatever. I wasn't even talking to you. And there was no comment on race in the thread until MM inserted it so the board environment had no racial context. Still not sure what your problem is or why you need to insult me. The bottom line is MM's comment was annoying and I said something to him about it. Not sure why you're in the middle...

And now back to Freeland, you know the guy who will either average 5 mins a game or get traded before the deadline.

I figured he wasn't playing because his team was out.

Obviously him not playing had nothing to do with race or "Obama's America" It was a joke based off of many things said in the OT section. But ya, back on topic and extremely PC from here on out

Sigh.... apparently, you're not smarter than that. You responded to my post, with my post quoted. The very next post in the entire thread was my response to you. Not sure why you're so confused. But I am confused why or how you'd expect me to not think you were talking to me. Go review the thread. You quoted my post and responded in a manner that was pretty clear that you weren't responding to MM directly. You throwing a hiffy-fit just makes it worse. MM is always bashing big, white NBA's as big white stiffs. It's part of his schtick. It's seemingly not going to change.

As for Freeland...... I'm surprised people really ever thought he'd play much. He has some nice moves on occasion, but doesn't have the quickness and athleticism to compete with anything but scrubs on the NBA level. He needs to become more savvy if he wants to stick in the league. He has one thing going for him: decent body size. Big guys always get looks.

Let's be honest, here. Anyone big and white is going to be a stiff through your eyes, MM.

I figured he'd rather be the small, dead fish floating in a big pond, rather than the big dead fish floating in a small pond filled with your mama's aborted fetuses.

Oh, and the fetuses are all white, 6'10 "centers".

My 1st comment was regarding MM's racial one. My 2nd one was to you regarding the silly comment you made about MM simply "expounding" on your comment. It really didn't require a response. The bottom line is: let's talk basketball not race and you don't need to be the ref.

HEY! What happened to dropping the tangent and getting back to Blazers. Last time I checked this is not in the OT section.

Agreed. And you don't need to be a baby or my mother.

If you just ignore the comments, they happen less and less. Why make a fuss?

LOL. Case and point. Good job MM, that was funny on several levels--especially considering past forum discussions. Deep.

On topic, it's great to see the guys getting into it and building relationships. I'm hoping this season transcends all the logical expectations and becomes something very special.

For sure. Glad to see everyone coming into town early, too, though it does scare me some, as the injury bug always seems to bite someone. It will be nice having a deeper bench this season. Biggest thing to me is seeing Robin Lopez, T-Rob, Barton, Nards, and CJ here. You knew Lillard would be here already, but it's good they're all out there, building relationships and working on hoops!

So if there's something wrong that is happening in the US do you speak about it or stay silent? Exactly...

IMO The fuss was made by MM. Perspective..

WTF are you talking about? This is a message board. Talk about perspective.

LOL at the guy who says to get back on topic and twice takes it back off topic when we've moved on.

Big men: RoLo, ThRobinson, Nards, Freeland
    Guards:Barton, CJ, Mo, Lillian

Anyone else in town I missed?

Don't worry, Zags misquotes it all the time.
