Sheed was an awesome post player. He just chose to limit his use of that part of his game.

True. I read the article and Sheed talks about getting Smith to shoot 16-18' jumpers more. Maybe he mean high post moves?

Rasheed is going to be the most interesting assistant coach in the world.

Sheed working with someone on veteran leadership is the equivalent of Ben Wallace giving FT lessons

IDK. Maybe Sheed shows him footage from his career and says: "Don't do this...or this...or that...."

I wish we'd have had him when Nate was our coach. I mean, all those times we all were like, "Nate, your team is getting F'd by the officials. Why don't you stick up for them?"

Sheed have wasted no time. He'd have murdered someone, if not coach himself.

Tone on Courtside the other night (paraphrased):

"Rasheed came to camp in great shape one year and I said, wow you look good, what did you do?" Sheed's response, "I started drinking Heineken Light."

I love his humor, I just hated his penchant for letting his emotions cost us games.

He and Walton were the biggest pure talents we ever had. I hope Sheed succeeds Coach K as the next Olympic Head Coach.
