From the photos of Joel it does look like he has more definition in his arms. As I recall he wanted to spend the summer working to get stronger so he could bang like Nick Collison. It has only been two months since summer league, but it does look like he has worked at it.

You know whats funny about those guy cheerleaders......they walk around in the back hallways like they are the shit. It's hilarious.
I always thought the ladies were more impressive. That is a long ways up in the air to keep your form and composure. I was a guy cheerleader in college and had the opportunity one time to work with girls like that. They were amazing. Fearless and solid as a piece of wood.
It's not what they look like, it's how they act. Their fucking cheerleaders, but walk around like some ballers. They tie the tight strings around there arms like Macho Man!
