Right off it says "gas guzzling cars" like the Corvette. Ironically enough, the Corvette actually gets decent gas mileage (now, it didn't during the first 30+ years of it's life..but what American car did?). They're probably thinking of the Viper, which gets atrocious mileage. And the Caddies (sedans) actually get decent mileage for their size. My grandfather has a late 90's Deville, and he gets 25-28 on the highway. And it flies.

yes I have. I totally would do that. I think it's very creative AND a good use of $. I've seen floors and tables made solely out of 2x4 ends (with nice wood, not like crap 2x4s). Really looked cool.
