Back to the topic of Nicolas. If you live in NEP, they have also have a restaurant at about 31st and Broadway.

Deep fried cheese curds and oyster shooters for lunch. Don't mind if I do.

I was there last night. Meat Meza and the Chicken Kabobs. The bread seemed a little stale or something. =\

We go out with salesmen/repairmen once in a while, and I've yet to be really impressed here in town. Oswego Grill, down by the Fred Meyers is quality made, but very boring.

Jokes on you, there are more Applebees in Portland than Tualatin and Wilsonville combined! BOOM!

VQ is my standard go-to. I know most of the people through wine industry connections and the fact I'm there once per week (used to be 3-5 times per week). Bacon-wrapped dates FTW!

Wankers Corner, Abella Kitchen, Oswego Grill in Wilsonville (they have some decent Mexican joints too). The McMenamin's there is one of the better ones. Hayden's in Tualatin. Sushiville is decent.

Yes, but the poster asked Wilsonville/Tualatin. That's LO. I could make a huge list of recommended restaurants if we're including additional cities.

Sorry, my bad. I saw Oswego in your answer and also have no sense of spatial awareness for cities in the metro area.
