Not once was it ever said to be "FREE" or stated that is the intention. Nothing in this world is free. Funny thing is back in 1995 when Clinton/Newt shut down government, I didn't even notice it was shut down. Left wing media raised a stink about the national parks being closed and that seemed to be enough pressure to get government reopened. I'm seeing the national parks thing again on the news. "so and so came all the way from Japan to see X park." So pass a bill to pay for the parks, or better yet, just allow people to use them without government interference. I don't think the rest (beyond the trust funds) will be missed. And the trust funds are automatic, regardless.
