I had a Schwinn 26'er before they invented those little 20' Sting Rays. Hand brakes. Luxury model. Cost $60.
A woman on this news channel had the same thing happen to her. They completely surround your car and box you in, and fuck with you. It is creepy and obviously intentional. They do this for a VERY long time (20 miles or so in her case?) and you don't know if you're about to be fucked up or not. From what I was reading, this particular victim called 911, honked his horn pissing off some guy who brake checked him intentionally, then he was surrounded by an angry mob beating his windows, who had knives. Obviously he wasn't going to stick around to find out what would happen, with 20-30 people surrounding you. Sounds like a bunch of evil people who beat up his car for not getting off the highway. His tires were slashed up btw, and I think one of his side mirrors was broken at the start of the vid. I'm not watching it again it is creepy.
You mean the normal guy who drove in front of the suv, looked back, and made sure to brake check on purpose? That you may have missed. Yes I'd like to know what your official story is. If your friend had taken out a knife and had 20 buddies with him that is completely different dude.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEttAF8P2MA Nice job missing this Lincoln, the guy gets his tires slashed then he freaks out. Gee I wonder why. Just before the 1 minute mark, listen to the police report.
Give me scientific evidence disproving the car was knifed and dented up. Alright thanks anyway. What you see doesn't mean jack though, the police report matters, as do the dented car and slashed tires. You got wound up because of the video, but you didn't pay attention to the forensics. There's this whole scientific field out there, it is useful and shit.

Update on the story. http://gma.yahoo.com/christopher-cr...-hes-152732705--abc-news-topstories.html?vp=1
Yeah. I like the "I was just pullig up next to him to make sure he saw me" excuse. Yeah, the SUV driver didn't see the excess of motorcycles around him. You just came outta nowhere. Not. "I didn't brake". I've ridden bikes like 4 times in my life. Even I know when you relax on the throttle, you slow way down. I assume bikers do this as a softer way of braking, assuming you're not in a need of slamming on your brakes. At the end of the day, whether he did things intentionally or not, he made stupid decisions and was acting in a way that gave the appearance that he was at least screwing around a little bit. IMO, the move riding next to the SUV, looking at the SUV driving, and then pulling only a little bit in front of the SUV at least gives the appearance as though he's toying with the SUV driver - the rest of the story about wanting others to pass could have been legit. But he still made some bad decisions, which led to all of this.
The one thing this guy has going for him is that Asians are such shitty drivers. That's the defense I'd go with if I were him.
He'd be better off if the wife had been driving AND this happened in California. That'd be three strikes against the SUV driver (woman, Asian, Californian).
Cop arrested for attacking SUV. Was off duty, not undercover. Another cop there was already on modified duty for beating his wife. Typical.
