It really sucks, but if we are going to launch treys, there isn't much rebounding we can get

Definitely not fun to watch. No flow at all for either team because there were 55 fouls called, more than one per minute. Yuck!

Of course there is. The offensive rebounding from all our bricked treys.

But honestly, I am not depressed. We were in this game until the final 2 minutes. It was high energy and really exciting. Refs sucks though

The Blazers are going to have to find another big man if they want to make some noise.

We better not drop the next 2 games against the Kings.

I agree, I didn't see a large talent disparity between the two teams. Maybe we just needed a game to feel them out and we'll play with more aggression/confidence next time we see them. I think we match up with them reasonably well, now that we have Lopez at center.

Could have been a different game if Lopez hadn't been taken out by the refs after only 18 minutes of game time. He certainly helped our interior defense while he was in. He was our leading rebounder and shot blocker in only 18 minutes.

I really loved Lopez this game. I think when the refs got him into foul trouble was when the momentum turned

Damian looked real pissed tonight. Crazy aggression he showed on some rebounds and a massive dunk attempt on Harden.

I ain't worried about this. Loss is okay but the differential is a little exaggerated. HOU shot FTs at a far better % than they usually do, while we shot so much worse than usual.

If we hit foul shots and had Freeland on the floor instead of Leonard, I think we win.

Every time Meyers comes into the game, I start off with an open mind thinking he'll do something productive. And 1 minute later, I realize that he sucks ass.

    That guy pisses me off.

Seriously, at 7'1 250+ how can you not grab rebounds and defend?

Did the Harden/Howard teamwork remind anyone else of young Kobe/Shaq? The repeating sequence of Harden driving and either hitting the layin or Howard mopping up the shank reminded me of that purple and piss period. At least for tonight.

I'll tell you what pisses me off. We've had plenty of stars that gets no love. I really don't understand why our team gets hosed all the time. I try and think I'm just a homer and I'm being bias, but our team really dose get hosed. Lillard gets hacked so many times when he shots, drives or whatever and I watch a player like harden get fouled when a player isn't even roughing him.

I hope one day I can see some even officiating.

Not really. Howard doesn't have even a fraction of the post moves or touch that Shaq did. Howard did most of his damage scoring against a PF. Shaq destroyed 7', 300lb monsters with his post game.
