At Best Buy right now. Bought my oldest daughter a Surface for $199, and the crazy deals are starting in 10 minutes. I tried to get a heads' up from the blue shirts, but they wouldn't tell. No, it was actually fairly sparse in terms of people. I probably should have bought the other two Surfaces and sold them on eBay for $259.
I go out to eat for Thanksgiving and drive right by the Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target, Macy's, etc. I think, I don't do this Black Friday crap. Although I always have wanted a Surface. So at 1 am I read PapaG's post. I think, why not? Naah, my Best Buy probably already sold all 3. It's now almost 5 am, Best Buy had many more than 3 left on special, and I've just opened a 1st generation (1 year old technology) Surface RT ($200, about half-price), a 2nd generation type (raised) keyboard ($130), and a pen ($30).
