    Yeah. they are fighting on PPV December 28th for UFC 168 though. So you will have to buy the PPV or go to a sports bar (I usually go to Buffalo Wild Wings where there is a $5 cover) to watch it.

    The UFC is calling this event Maynard vs. Diaz 3 though their first meeting was an exhibition.

    Dober has the least intimidating name in MMA this side of Ednaldo "Lula Molusco" Oliveira (Lula Molusco=Squidward).

    Diaz is always a blast, but he's the only one that really interests me. But the nice thing about UFC, about half the matches, regardless of hype or expectations, ends up being exhilarating. Truth is I don't know 3/4th of the card more than just a name.

    All of the women from the show have been offered fights on this card; none of the men (outside of the finalists).

    Correction: Baszler and Moras will not be on the card due to injuries and will fight in early 2014 instead, not necessarily against each other.

    Supposedly there is a niggle of uncertainty regarding Nate Diaz. He no-showed The MMA Hour today. He still doesn't seem so keen on the fight.

    Nate Diaz would rather be fighting at 170-lbs. and doesn't think he gets paid enough to cut weight.

    Josh Sampo didn't make weight. He has an hour to cut 1.5-lbs. Even non-cast members can't make weight!

    The UFC has decided to put all of the women's fights on the main card, downgrading Niinimaki/Yahya and Corassani/Blanco to the prelims.

    The female finalists both came in light (134 & 132). Dunno if 115 will be a future option for them.
