Yup. This was a team failure - really frustrating, but not something to dwell on.

I just think SOMETHING needs to be changed. Play Earl more. Play Crabbe more. Cut Mo's minutes a little bit. We need to shake things up on our bench.

    Mo is way too inconsistent.

Freeland brings some defense and offensive rebounding but he only gets spot minutes.

Thomas is so raw! Bully ball won't work in the NBA. He has to change his game. Oh, and the spin-move has to go.

    Wright ^ see Mo Williams.

I was 1 character on the key board and 1.75 feet off. Good job. Send me your Boy Scout hand book and I'll give you you're good deed for the day check. Again, another solid post. Now, go get your shine box.

No I am talking about CJ as a capable scorer off the bench. Even scoring 6-8 ppg will be a huge plus.

Christ man we barely lost and our starters played like shit from the perimeter. The sky isn't falling nate

Starting this thread when we lost by only 2 points, playing like shit. Yes the bench played like shit tonight, but needing a bench and possibly losing our chemistry is ridiculous, especially when we have CJ coming back, plus t rob still is raw.

Our bench has no chemistry. There's a reason why the offense completely shuts down when the second unit is in there. Hell, maybe guys like Wright and Freeland would play a lot better with a real point guard on the second unit.

The bench is anchored by two inconsistent shooters and a turnover machine (Mo)

It's better than last year, but not as improved as I had hoped for.

Don't you mean two inconsistent shooters (one of them is mo) and a turnover machine (mo)? :)

I've always advocated to give him at least 5 minutes a game. See how he does with more minutes. He at least can set up an offense.

We have the players that can score. We just need to find the players that work best together.

Earl is a better defender, and I think he would do a better job at running the offense. I honestly wish we still had Maynor. Mo's streaky offense simply isn't enough to warrant all the dribbling and horrible decisions that he makes with the ball.

Mo is one of those players like Crawford. He can win a game or lose a game for you

Crawford isn't playing point guard for the Clippers. He's a shooting guard. Mo is trying to play point guard, and I think it's safe to say that playing Mo and Dame is not working out very well. Guys like Wright need a point guard who can find them when they're posted up on the three point line.

When a new team comes together, like after the blow up when Fatty/Crowford left, I give a team till the All-Star break before I start picking on making changes to the team. The Bench has 3 new players of the 4 rotation players. It's going to take time to gel. I think we're getting ahead of ourselves because this team has been so successful and seemingly came together so quickly. There's just no substitute for playing together.

I don't think time is going to make a difference. Plus, we have to find a way to work in CJ whenever he comes back.

The problem is Mo. I'm not even against him being the spark off the bench, but he's not a point guard. He dribbles too much, he jacks up bad shots, and he isn't looking for the open man.

He's making $2.6 mil. He can be frustrating at times, and he can win you games. Let's try and keep some perspective here. Losing fkn sucks. It's one game.
