^^^uhhh, the Yanx did not "kick him to the curb"...Granderson was extended a $14.1 Mil qualifying offer...he turned it down...so in reality he kicked the Yanx to the curb.

And what about the QOs given to Cano and Kuroda?...were those offers made just to get draft picks too?....spin it however you want, but Granderson had the option of accepting that QO, and the ultimate decision to leave the Yanx was his own. ...personally, I was scared shitless that Grandy would actually accept the QO...and when he turned it down, I was relieved. I don't recall a whole lot of posters who wanted him back. He's become a one dimensional "all or nothing" type hitter, a left handed version of Reynolds.
