Fair points although you and I would be better than last season's Smith so that quality loses some of it's luster. :chestbump: As for Olshey making a move, who knows? Last year he didn't and later said he wished he had. That starting group was very solid and just needed a little help to at least continue to fight for the playoffs. This starting 5 is better and has a little more help but as a group, the bench is still ranked almost last.

Guess I was just looking longer term. I appreciate that it's better but then again, almost anything would have been better over last year.

By the way, I was mostly kidding about being done with Mo. While the things I mentioned do irritate me, and he does need to cut down the number of "I'm the only one that needs to touch the ball" possessions, I'm not really done with him. I was trying to pay homage to Eric's hyperbolic doom-and-gloom posts, lol.

Last I saw he had a lunch date with that "chick" who was a "law student" at Stanford. He hasn't been seen since. Maybe he eloped. What was "her" name? Kass or something?

Yeah, i've seen people on several different forums saying how much they love them, even Blazer haters.

Also, i'm not sure if i count as one of the young posters anymore? There's several people younger than me on here, but so many of you are old farts in your late 20s and up i guess i count by default?

My thought exactly. Although he needs to force the contact just a little more instead of trying to outfloat the defender.

Yeah, he can't out-hang defenders. But it seems that he almost always tries to do just that. He needs to get his shot off a lot quicker, and THEN the contact that occurs after he's gotten the shot off will be called. But drawing contact, hanging, double-clutching, and shooting off the hip isn't going to work for him.
