    That's because someone like Aldridge is essentially a 4/5 tweener.

    3/4 is the worst kind of tweener you could be. There's a reason guys like Derrick Williams and Michael Beasley can't stand out. (among others)

    This, by the way, is one more reason why I would be very happy with a trade for him. If we wanted to sign him this summer and already had his bird rights, we would be able to offer him more than MLE, and we would still have our MLE yo offer someone else.

    It seems to me that Derrick is finding his role on the Kings.

    Though, to be fair, there is a lot of roles to be filled there. That said, I think he's going to be a really nice player. #2 worthy? Probably not, but he'll be good.

    How many stars in this league are 3/4 tweeners? The answer is literally 0, unless you want to count guys like LeBron, Melo and KD who aren't really tweeners but can play the 4.

    Well if we're talking stars, then yeah, there's hardly any. But they do have very servicable players... SHould they be high draft picks? No.
