    PHX could have 4 picks this year: Their own, MIN, WAS, HOU. All are protected, but they could conceivable have their own, MIN (top 12 protected, so, maybe 13th/14th), WAS (currently 7th in east, or 16th pick), HOU (currently 5th in West, or ~22)
