With the Yankees, Vernon Wells was a WORSE outfielder than he was hitter. A real stumble-bum out there.
...we must have been watching a different player...because defensively, I didn't think Wells was that bad at all.

...very limited range?...seriously?...He's about in the middle of the pack in RF. Not sure why you make him out to be some sort of butcher in LF, because he's not. ...in fact, his ability to play the OF competently was his only redeeming quality last year.
