Are you calling out anyone specifically, or just every person who ever resided in Oregon since 1859? Travel the other 49 states, then get back to me on how we measure up in comparison today.
meh..I am in no way defending the practice. What I find ridiculous is to take a small sample and portray it as the norm. If you want to get even more exacting I know you can find modern day examples of redlining, just as there are extremes in every sampling. Again, it was not been the norm in the 90s.
