He smacks Crabtree on the ass then gets in his face making the choke sign & he's pissed. You're right he's a P.O.S.

yep....and that was a horrible choice by the SF QB to risk the INT by throwing into the corner with TWO Seattle defenders VERY close to the receiver at that point in the game...almost amateurish.

    Horrible.

They had time outs left- plenty of time to pick up the TD with a couple of "safer" passes.

And the NFL must do something about the rule which says it can't review a fumble "on the field" concerning the magnificent gallant play by SF LB Bowman stripping the ball from the Seattle player and still maintaining possession while suffering a terrible knee injury in the process.

Very tough break in more ways than one. Too bad. A great courageous play.

And now I hope Denver beats Seattle by 50 points!

Maybe little Wes will accidently fall and roll across Sherman's knee on a crossing pattern during the Super Bowl.

I love the fact that the camera man went away from the shot when Sherman started getting out of control.

30 seconds later when Ed Werter interviewed him he seemed coherent, funny and lucid.

...someone asked him later what he had said to Crabtree...and he claimed he "Patted him on the back and told him "good game""...what f'n liar.

he was a huge tool and his antics completely detract from the feel good story of Derrick Coleman...

I had a friend point out to me just a few moments ago that Richard Sherman graduated second in his class in high school and got a communications degree from Stanford. He knew exactly what he was doing...putting the media focus on him rather than his second year quarterback who hasn't been playing that well and is facing all the pressure of the Superbowl....

If that is what he did, and that is a big IF, he definitely should have found a classier way to do that...

Sherman is a buffoon but that's what you get when you have guys like Boldin on your team who never shut the hell up. Not to mention a coach with his hysterics after every single play. I couldn't stand either team and will be rooting for Eli's brother in two weeks.

I don't think it was that deep. 5 minutes later on the ESPN set? Sure. 30 minutes later in a suit and tie at the podium? Ok.

30 seconds after making the biggest play of your life against a dude who'd been talking smack the entire game (after calling him out during the week)? I think it was pure emotion. I loved it. You can have your Gregg Popovich/Bill Belichick sideline interviews. Sherman gave the entire world the reason there are sideline interviews. (Hate him for that, maybe. ;) )

I agree with you... just telling you what a friend pointed out... I am definitely far more inclined to believe it was just emotions getting the better of him resulting in something totally without class...

He owes Erin Andrews an apology. She looked scared shit during his childish rant.

Sherman should worry about the Super Bowl. He has some serious wide receivers coming to play against him in two weeks.
