    Stallone made the best overall film (Rocky) by a damned sight. He was also really good in Cop Land.

    But for run-of-the-mill bullet-fests, I'm more of an Arnie man. He seemed to always have more interesting plots (Predator, Terminator) and had a great sense of cheesy humor (Running Man, True Lies).

    The worst Sly movies (films like Judge Dredd, Cobra, several of the Rambos and Rocky's) were significantly worse than the worst of the Arnie movies. A bad Arnie still has Arnie laughing at himself, and you laughing along with him. A bad Stallone movie has Stallone humorlessly mumbling lines and making you wonder if he's mildly retarded.
