The 2013 season brought many a smile on the faces of the Yankee-hater dooshes but it looks like the Yanks are once again getting into the minds of the usual suspects and wiping away those smiles with their off season signings. In today's article (1/25/14) which featured the upcoming Super Bowl being played at Metlife Stadium, Mike (the weasel) Lupica naturally couldn't resist taking a shot at the Yanks' recent spending/payroll. Here's the next-to-last sentence(s) of the article. The way things are going with the Yankees, put them down to have to spend another half-billion on ballplayers after the ‘18 season. If not sooner. My hope? For the Yanks to spend a bit MORE and win the World Series. This should really get Lupica's blood pressure up... ...and that isn't such a bad thing!
...as I pointed out in another thread, their 2014 payroll is actually LESS than last year...but as always, "it's all about the Yankees".
Rather than questionYankee business decisions....I'd like to know what the moron that hired this assclown was thinking?
It is funny, by that I mean hypocritical, that the premise these people are blasting & spewing is the same one by which they wish to live their own lives. Money, money, money is all they judge their own lives.....they all would be happy if there is "a Yankee rule" that would prohibit only the Yankees from bidding; in fact, I sometimes think that they would be ecstatic if there were no Yankees......it is so easy to hate a 27 year World Champion. Ha. Let the Hate continue. What jerks.
